Service Description

This service is for returning patients who are looking for a follow up consultation. This session is up to 60 minutes and includes a follow up email that may include a summary of the session, research, practical next steps and suggestions or an overview of any diagnosis. Please note: *As a policy, we do not bill insurance, nor do we provide detailed receipts that can be used to seek 3rd party reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time through your account on thechencenter.com by going to 'Booking History.' Please note the cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice minimum, after this time frame you may lose your booking and deposit (not applicable for monthly paying members). *Please note* We now impose a surcharge on credit card transactions that is equal to our cost of credit card acceptance.
